LEARN TO CROCHET FOR BEGINNERS

Days: Fridays 2nd to 30th May

Course Requirements: yarn and crochet hook is supplied 

Get ready to embark on the relaxing journey that is crochet in this five-week course in Mooroolbark, Melbourne!

Over five weeks, you will learn how to crochet a blanket for beginners and have the skills to expand this to create other gorgeous creations. The final piece is yours to keep or gift to a loved one

This course is designed for the absolute beginner and/or those who haven’t crocheted in a long time and need refreshing

*Please note: These classes are intended for teenagers and adults.

WHAT TO BRING

• Your yarn and crochet hook

• Scissors

• Yarn needle

• Notepad and Pen

• Slip knot

• Chain stitch

• Double crochet

• Treble crochet

• Working in rows

• Changing yarns (working with colours)

• Slip stitch

• Granny Square

• Reading a simple pattern

• Make your own version of a blanket (given time constrictions, we will only be able to learn the pattern not make the full blanket in the class. You will be able to complete different sections of it at home in between your classes and learn how to put it all together in the final class.
